CAAT Solutions has been a dream of Pam McGee and Max Watson for years.

With over 60 years of combined experience, they are ready and willing to help you “see your business through eyes”.

ABOUT US

Max Watson began a construction career with APAC in 1973. He started from the ground up – and was quickly promoted to foreman of an asphalt crew. Several years later, he was promoted as safety director. He remained in the safety, health and environmental part of the business until his retirement in 2015. He was promoted over the years, and was regional EHS for the company, covering EHS for five states.

With experience in everything from training to accident reconstruction, Max is the best of the best to consult, train, inspect, or whatever the needs of your business.

Max asked Pam to join his team at APAC in 1994 as assistant safety director. They worked together in the safety field until 2003 when they were both promoted. Pam spent the next 12 years honing her experience in the human resources field as HR manager for the state of Mississippi.

Pam is not only very knowledgeable, but very passionate about safety and HR – and ready to assist.

These two combined are your “dream team” for all safety and HR needs for your business.

OSHA 10 Hour | OSHA 30 Hour

This class is designed for workers and management. We teach General Industry and Construction classes. Great class for management and management trainees as well as every employee in your organization.

ATSSA Flagger Certification

This is a flagger certification class that is required when flagging operations are used to control traffic. The certification is through American Traffic Safety Services Association. The card is good for 4 years. This is a 4 hour class.

HAZWOPER 40/8

Hazmat Training for your employees that are required to have this certification. It covers guidelines produced by OSHA which regulates hazardous waste operations.
